大连钻石湾滨海公园在大连甘井子区海口路东，原大连钢厂旧址。大连市区内的企业搬迁出市区后这里很快进行住宅开发，附近的海边也建成市民公园。
这个公园建设面积很大，一路沿海边扩展。公园隔海相望市中心，是观海休闲的好地方。
